Boxing Boot Camp Fall Session - Saturdays 11:30 am-12:30 pm Mid Island Y JCC 09/21/2022 - 12/17/2022 All ages

Get tough and increase your intensity with BOXING BOOT CAMP. This program will take you through a series of BOXING combinations using the bags mixed with BOOT CAMP style cardio and core drills and TRX training that will increase overall body strength, speed and endurance. Gloves are optional but encouraged. Limited to 12 registrants. Summer Session Saturdays 11:30 am-12:30 pm – 6 classes beginning October 15th – Dates: 10/15, 10/27, 11/5, 11/19, 12/3, 12/17  Dates are subject to change. Member Fee: $100 Non Member Fee: $150
