Aquababies – A parent and child group class for 6 month to 18 month olds to give them an orientation to the water. They will learn basic swimming skills through songs and games.

Aquatots – A parent and child group class for 19 months to 3 year old to teach them basic swimming skills and begin separation to prepare them to for instructor only led classes.

This is an intermediate level. Swimmers must be able to swim with their face in the water, lifting it to breath, with an alternate arm & leg action for 5 Yards unassisted. They must be able to float on their back and swim on their back with alternate arm & leg action for 5 yards unassisted. Swimmers must be comfortable jumping from the side of the pool as well as retrieving objects off the bottom of the pool.

MEMBER registration begins Wednesday, April 17 at 9am. NON MEMBER, Renew, Silver Sneakers registration Friday, April 19 at 9am.

This is a beginner level. Swimmer may not be putting their face in the water. They may be swimming with or without assistance for less than 5 yards.

Swimmer is 3-5 years old. This is an advanced beginner level. Swimmer needs to be able to put their face in the water, swim w/ assistance on their front and back for 5 yards.

This is a beginner to advanced beginner level. Swimmer may or may not be putting their face in the water. They may be swimming with or without assistance for less than 5 yards.

Sundays 10:15 am - 11:15 am with Rachel D. - A workout that includes a fuse of Latin & international dances.

Sundays 8:00 am - 9:00 am Physical, mental and spiritual practice designed to tone, strengthen and align the body.
