Movement for Adults - Improve your strength and endurance in this low impact exercise class using basic movement activities. |
Participants focus on learning skills needed to navigate home, school and the community. Activities include adaptive sports, music and art therapy, and cooking. All children are placed according to their age and functioning level. We are able to accommodate those of all functioning levels and can provide 1:1 staffing ratio if needed. Extended time. Lunch now included! |
