(INCLUDES ONE CLASS ONLY if space is available) Get tough and increase your intensity with BOXING BOOT CAMP. This program will take you through a series of BOXING combinations using the bags mixed with BOOT CAMP style cardio and core drills and TRX training that will increase overall body strength, speed and endurance. Gloves are optional but encouraged. Limited to 12 registrants. Aquababies – A parent and child group class for 6 month to 18 month olds to give them an orientation to the water. They will learn basic swimming skills through songs and games. |
Aquatots – A parent and child group class for 19 months to 3 year old to teach them basic swimming skills and begin separation to prepare them to for instructor only led classes. |
This is an intermediate level. Swimmers must be able to swim with their face in the water, lifting it to breath, with an alternate arm & leg action for 5 Yards unassisted. They must be able to float on their back and swim on their back with alternate arm & leg action for 5 yards unassisted. Swimmers must be comfortable jumping from the side of the pool as well as retrieving objects off the bottom of the pool. |
This is an advanced level. Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards front crawl w/ rotary breathing, 25 yards elementary backstroke and 15 yards of breaststroke kick, scissor kick and dolphin kick. They must be able to float on their back and swim on their back with alternate arm & leg action for 5 yards unassisted. Swimmers must be comfortable in deeper water. |
This is a beginner level. Swimmer may not be putting their face in the water. They may be swimming with or without assistance for less than 5 yards. |
Swimmer is 3-5 years old. This is an advanced beginner level. Swimmer needs to be able to put their face in the water, swim w/ assistance on their front and back for 5 yards. |
