Learn introductory Canasta from the team of Amy and Emma. Class meets for 6 Wednesdays from 12:15pm - 2:15pm, January 7, 14, 21, 28, February 4, 11, 2026. $195 non-member/fitness, $145 member discount. In addition to the registration fee, there is a $15/person material fee to be paid directly to the instructors by each student. |

Have fun with other enthusiastic beginners for a relaxed watercolor painting course taught by Janet Gordon, an experienced teacher and watercolorist. No prior painting experience is necessary! Fundamental concepts such as color mixing, brush control, and a variety of techniques will be taught. Supplies are not included in the cost of registration. In this series, students will be able to create their own floral composition after learning how to paint a variety of leaves and flowers. Students will need to bring their supplies to the first class. A supply list will be emailed to you upon registration. The class meets Wednesdays, 1215pm - 215pm for 6 sessions, January 7, 14, 21, 28, February 4, 11, 2026. $150 non-member/fitness, $125 member. Each person is responsible to purchase their own supplies. ($80 supply cost for new students | $20 for returning students. You must attend the first class). |

Meet, Vent, Support, and Learn! Wednesday, January 14, 2026 | 530pm-830pm Navigating the challenges of caring for aging parents can be overwhelming, emotional, and isolating—but you don’t have to do it alone. This support group offers a compassionate space for adult children to share experiences, gain practical advice, and find emotional support from others who truly understand. Whether you're managing medical appointments, long-distance caregiving, or the emotional toll of role reversal, this group is here to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Join us to connect, learn, and care—together. This program is offered at NO COST. Please reserve your spot to ensure proper seating and refreshments. AGENDA: 5:30pm | "Whine" and Cheese:: We'll provide the wine and cheese, you bring the "whine." Enjoy light refreshments while connecting with other Adult Children caregivers for socialization and support. 600pm | Caring for Aging Parents - Your Parent's Dementia Journey: What to Expect and How to Help - This presentation highlights common symptoms across the progression of dementia and practical ways to respond, including insight into why behaviors occur and gentle guidance to help caregivers feel more confident. 715pm | Cookies and Camaraderie: Debrief with other Adult Children caregivers, while enjoying a quick bite for the road. |

Join us for a joyous afternoon of music, community, and festive cheer at our Adult Center Chanukah Concert & Holiday Gathering. Celebrate the Festival of Lights featuring musical entertainment by Don Caffey. Afterwards, enjoy a warm holiday gathering with delicious latkes served with apple sauce & sour cream, along with coffee, tea, and water. Join artist Kelly Schulte-Smith for a 6-week creative experience. Learn mosaic artistry and techniques. Each participant will have the opportunity to complete his or her own 14" x 7" Mosaic House Number Plaque. Or you can do a word, such as WELCOME, or a design. Project is weatherproof. PARTICIPANTS MUST ATTEND ALL 6 SESSIONS TO COMPLETE THEIR PROJECT! Supplies are included in the cost of registration. Kelly Schulte-Smith will teach us the artistry and techniques of stained-glass, including design, cutting, grinding, copper foiling and soldering. Each participant will have the opportunity to create their own Stained-Glass Moon in the Clouds Suncatcher. Supplies are included in the cost of registration.
