Beginner Mah Jongg Series. Learn the basic rules and terminology, how to play and win the game, and basic strategies and tactics. The course will be taught by Lorie Siegel who will guide you through the learning process and ensure that you have fun while learning. Have fun with other enthusiastic beginners for a relaxed watercolor painting course taught by Janet Gordon, an experienced teacher and watercolorist. No prior painting experience is necessary! Fundamental concepts such as color mixing, brush control, and a variety of techniques will be taught. After learning how to paint a variety of fruits, students will be able to create their own still life composition. This course is appropriate for new and returning students. Supplies are not included in the cost of registration. Students will need to bring their supplies to the first class. A supply list will be emailed to you upon registration. The class meets Wednesdays, 1215pm - 215pm for 4 sessions, March 4, 11, 18, 25, 2026. $100 non-member/fitness, $85 member. Each person is responsible to purchase their own supplies. Discover the magic that happens when you fire glass at a very high temperature in a kiln! Join artist Kelly Schulte-Smith as she guides you through the basics of this beautiful and creative technique. This is a beginner level class; supplies are included. Each participant will create their own decorative set of four (4) trinket bowls. Each bowel is 3" x 3". The premium package includes everything in the standard package plus either dichroic glass or 3 murrini flowers, stems, and leaves. The class meets on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, 630pm - 830pm. $100 non-member/fitness | $90 member discount. * Your project will be fired and a date for project pick up will be arranged. ** You may purchase additional flower or dichroic packages for an additional $17 each from the instructor-please bring cash. |

Come out for an afternoon to experience a concert lecture on the historical significance and performance history of Yiddish history and language. Presented by Rabbi/Cantor David Katz of Temple Or Elohim, ACRC and Jessica Gershitz, esteemed expert of Yiddish history and language. Rabbi Katz and Mrs. Gershitz weave through the greatest of Yiddish musical literature, from the high classical to the best of the Yiddish theater, all done in a concert lecture format.
