(INCLUDES ALL 6 CLASSES) Get tough and increase your intensity with BOXING BOOT CAMP. This program will take you through a series of BOXING combinations using the bags mixed with BOOT CAMP style cardio and core drills and TRX training that will increase overall body strength, speed and endurance. Gloves are optional but encouraged. Limited to 12 registrants.
