ANNUAL CAMPAIGN & GENERAL FUND -

Annual Giving is the lifeblood of the MIYJCC. It is the financial support we need and allows for unrestricted funding to be available for all programs, services and day to day operations.

Capital Campaign -

These donations are used for infrastructure projects within the MIYJCC to build on our assets and capacity.

Health and Wellness -

Members utilize the MIYJCC Fitness & Aquatics Center for a positive, educational and rich journey though fitness. Our trained staff is eager to assist everyone on their road to fitness where exercise and wellness are a lifestyle and an investment for their future.

Mid-Island Day Camp -

Camp not only brings joy to children but it also has a profound effect on their development. The benefits include positive social interaction, the promotion of self-esteem, and physical activity. The Mid Island Day Camp offers all of these benefits however, not all families can afford to pay the full tuition. We provide scholarships to children whose families may not otherwise be able to afford camp.

POB Cares, Project PACE, SOS-NNORC'S -

POB Cares, Project PACE, and NNORC-SOS help older adults to age-in-place in Plainview, Old Bethpage and Syosset by addressing their physical, mental, social and emotional needs. Our caring social workers, nurses, support staff and volunteers build relationships with each senior to implement services targeted at their unique circumstances as they age.

Rudman Family Food Pantry -

The Rudman Family Food Pantry focuses on homebound seniors and low income families. Most of the people we help are poor/near poor and receive regular assistance from our pantry. The others are people who can get by under normal circumstances, but are struggling now because of the current COVID crisis. The monthly requests for assistance have quadrupled since March 2020.

The Adler Center for Children and Adults with Special Needs -

The Adler Center for Children and Adults with Special Needs provides a comprehensive range of programs and services for participants ages 3 through adults with developmental disabilities. These include learning disabilities, language delays, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.

The Felice Buckvar Reflections Program: Memory Connection -

A socialization & mental stimulation program for people with early to moderate dementia.
